Overview of changes

For Male and area, '3' is prepended to existing subscriber numbers.

For mobile numbers (Dhiraagu carrier), '7' is prepended to existing subscriber numbers.

New mobile number ranges are to be introduced for Wataniya Telecom carrier of format +960 9xxxxxx.

For atolls outside Male region, the first three digits will identify the specific atoll, where the first subscriber number digit is '6'. For these cases, the last 4 digits of the former 6-digit subscriber numbers are retained.
