+1 767 225 was introduced as a mobile number range, to take effect for 15 November 2002. It joins existing mobile number ranges +1 767 235 and +1 767 245.

1 October 1997 - +1 767 replaces +1 809

Area code +1 767 replaced the existing overall Caribbean/Atlantic code +1 809 in Dominica starting 1 October 1997 in permissive mode, and becoming mandatory 30 September 1998. Existing 7-digit subscriber numbers were retained.
